MOFÉM has an over 30 years old experience in producing ball valves. Our latest development is the FLEXUM ball valve range.
The main advantages of FLEXUM range are as follows:
- Bracing elements on the body, which increase solidity of the product. As a result of this the product can be installed even with a pipe wrench.
- Body hotstamped from one element! In case of poor quality ball valves the body is pasted from to parts with glue. In this case a frequent problem can be that the product becomes unsolid. This problem emerges usually only after installation to the system. The fact that the FLEXUM ball valves are hotstamped from one element eliminates this problem.
- The ball and the shaft is make one unit, ensuring this way the perfect closing.
- In case of models for water application by removing the deck of the valve the product is reparable without breaking the whole system.
Fields of application:
- Gas application: When designing Flexum range the desiners of product prefered NBR sealing material, as it has the best sealing features. By being flexible this material ensures a safe sealing even at low pressures. The deck of the gas application models cannot be removed, preventing this way the illegal gas theft.
- Water and heating application: In case of models for water application by removing the deck of the valve the product is reparable without breaking the whole system.The product has nominal flow diameter.
- Nominal pressure (PN) 1.6 MPa (16 bar)
- Temperature range till + 90 ºC
